CANCELLATION OF FCO-BJS-FCO SUMMER 2018 FLIGHTS

Dear Agent,
Guests booked on cancelled flights have the right to select one of the following options, according to REG EU261/2004. Travel Agencies are requested to inform their clients in a timely manner.
REPROTECTION POLICY REBOOKING
Eligible only for customers with an original ticket issued on/or before 29th January 2018.
Changes can be made without penalty on: • AZ operating and AZ marketing flights, in the same booking class or in the first available class, same cabin.  Travel can be made via intermediate point on the same origin and destination.
• Rebooking / Reissue must be completed no later than 28th February 2018, from the flight schedule change.
The original duration of stay can be preserved.
CHANGE OF ORIGIN AND/OR DESTINATION The full or partial value of the original ticket may be used to buy new Alitalia tickets.
The new fare must be recalculated using the applicable fare for the new origin/destination.
REFUNDFull Refund, without any penalty, of completely/partially unused ticket in the original form of payment.  Please apply through your GDS using the authority code:  ''PEK CNX S18''
TICKET REISSUE E-ticket must be reissued free of charge inserting in the ‘Endorsement and Restriction’ box the authority code “
