CANCELLATION of Summer 2018 flight VCE-PMO v.v. and BLQ-PMO v.v.

Dear Agent,
Please find below our reprotection policy for Alitalia direct flight cancellations from Venice (VCE) to Palermo (PMO) and v.v. and from Bologna (BLQ) to Palermo (PMO) and v.v. from 1st June to 31st July 2018
Passengers booked on cancelled flights have the right to select one of the following options, according to REG/EU261/2004:
REPROTECTION POLICY REBOOKING/REROUTING Changes can be made without penalty, not before and not after 15 days from the departure of the cancelled/reschedule flight on AZ operating and AZ marketing flights, in the same booking class or in the first available class, same cabin. Rebooking / Reissue must be completed no later than 20th May 2018.The original duration of stay can be preserved. For rerouting, travel must be via intermediate point on the same origin and destination. Rebooking/Reissue must be completed by 20th May 2018. TICKET REISSUEE-ticket must be reissued free of charge inserting the authority code
in the ‘Endorsement and Restriction’ box. ''INVOL REROUT VCE-BLQ PMO S18''
CHANGE OF ORIGIN AND/OR DESTINATION The full or partial value of the original ticket may be used to buy new Alitalia tickets.
The new fare must be recalculated using the applicable fare for the new origin/destination. Rebooking, without penalty, must be completed by 20th May 2018.
REFUNDFull refund, without any penalty, of completely/partially unused ticket is permitted in the original form of payment.  Please apply through your GDS using the authority code:
