REPRO POLICY - ENAV STRIKE FRIDAY 15th DECEMBER from 1pm to 5pm (Local Time)

Dear Agent,
A strike has been called by ENAV  (Italian air traffic management).
Guests booked on cancelled/re-scheduled flights have the right to select one of the following options, according to REG EU261/2004.
POLICY REPRO REBOOKING POLICY Without penalty, new date of travel must be completed by 22nd December 2017. Rebooking/Reissue as follows:
AZ operating and AZ marketing flights, in the same booking class or in the first available one, same cabin
The original duration of stay to be preserved.
CHANGE OF ORIGIN AND/OR DESTINATION The full or partial value of the original ticket may be used to buy new Alitalia tickets.
The new fare must be recalculated using the applicable fare for the new origin/destination.
Reservation and travel must occur by 22nd December.
REFUNDFull Refund, without penalty, of completely/partially unused ticket in the original form of payment.
Schedule Changes of more than 5 hours: Should the passenger not be able to accept the re-scheduled departure time, he may request to be re-booked/re-routed (via intermediate point on same O&D) without any penalty. Should the Carrier be unable to offer any alternative suitable flight, the passenger may forfeit the ticket and request the Carrier to refund the amount paid, without any penalty, of the completely/partially unused ticket in the original form of payment.
TICKET REISSUE E-ticket must be reissued free of charge inserting in the ‘Endorsement and Restriction’ box the authority code “ENAV STRIKE 15th DECEMBER 2017”.
