Dear Agent,
Please find below our reprotection policy for Alitalia seasonal schedule changes from 28th October 2018 to 30th March 2019.
Passengers booked on cancelled/rescheduled flights have the right to select one of the following options, according to REG/EU261/2004:
REPROTECTION POLICY REBOOKING/REROUTING Changes can be made without penalty, not before and not after 15 days from the departure of the cancelled/rescheduled flight on:

* AZ Operating and AZ marketing SkyTeam flights, in the same booking class or in the first available one, same cabin
* AZ marketing not SkyTeam, in the same booking class Rebooking / Reissue must be completed no later than one month from the flight schedule update.The original duration of stay can be preserved. TICKET REISSUEE-ticket must be reissued free of charge inserting the authority code
in the ‘Endorsement and Restriction’ box. 'SCHEDULE CHANGE W18
CHANGE OF ORIGIN AND/OR DESTINATION The full or partial value of the original ticket may be used to buy new Alitalia tickets.
The new fare must be recalculated using the applicable fare for the new origin/destination. Rebooking, without penalty, must be completed within
one month from original date, without change fee.
REFUNDFull refund, without any penalty, of completely/partially unused ticket is permitted in the original form of payment.  Please apply through your GDS using the authority code:
