Dear Trade Partner,

Due to bad weather and flooding at Cochin International Airport (COK), the airport will now remain closed until 29 August 2018. Etihad Airways services to & from Cochin International Airport (COK) during this time will be cancelled.

Etihad Airways if offering the following options to impacted guests.

Rebooking / Re-issue

One date change is permitted free of charge to all impacted guests.

Guests can be rebooked to another flight/date within 21 days of their original departure date.

Tickets must be rebooked on the lowest RBD in the same cabin.

Any reissue fees pertaining to this change shall be waived for this one instance only.

Any reissued tickets must be endorsed with “REISSUED DUE TO CW170 Invol change due COK apt closure”.

Guests can also be rerouted to any EY online gateway in India subject to seats being available in the same Cabin on the days of the cancellation. The same or lowest available RBD should be used for rebooking. Any onward costs beyond these airports to COK will not be covered by EY.

Re-routing and endorsement onto any other airlines is not permitted

Cancellation/Refund

Full refund is permitted only for guests impacted on the days of the cancelled flights.

Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "CW170 Invol change due COK apt closure”
