Info Alert Service Closure

04 Dec 2017

Dear Customer
You are receiving this email as you have signed up to receive train service email alerts through the Govia Thameslink Railway Info Service. We constantly try to improve the service we provide, and working with our partners at National Rail Enquiries, we invite you to sign up to the personalised train travel alert service to ensure you have the most up to date information about your journey. Personalised train travel alerts offer a number of enhancements including: - Access to automatic train tracking data which continually monitors for delays based on the trains actual location - On routes with more than one operator, you can sign up for alerts about any service regardless of operator - You will be informed of any planned changes to your service (such as those due to engineering work or a periodical timetable change) as well as any on the day disruption - The ability to choose how you receive your alert: by email, twitter or SMS* - Sign up for an individual journey on a specific date, or for a period of up to 52 weeks.
From 30 December 2017, we will be shutting down the alerting service. If you wish to receive service alerts after this date, please sign up at the link below. We will remind you again before the service will cease. You can also sign up for National Rail Alerts at any time after that date.
Visit National Rail Enquiries to set up personalised Journey Alerts by Text, Email, or Twitter about train delays and disruptions on your line of route - from the official source of UK train times (
