Due to the current weather situation in the UK & I, please be guided by the following policy when handling requests of customers booked on SQ flights from Manchester, London or via a European gateway for any UK&I ticketed and originating passengers who wish to change or cancel their travel plans.

Please note that these also apply to Redemption tickets.

1/ For full refund, please use blanket waiver code R101.
2/ For flight re-protection, please book the same RBD within the same cabin and reissue the ticket using waiver code SC122.
