Dear Partner,

Due to adverse weather , following guidelines are available to assist our customers who have been ticketed for travelling between 1-5Mar18:

1. Rebooking - Change to later flights with same routing
Passengers who still want to travel on later flights are permitted to re-book with the same RBD FOC within ticket validity and seasoning.
Tickets must be re-issued as involuntary and endorsed with the following ' Reissue No ADC due to adverse weather (Outbound and Inbound flights must be re-issued at same time)

1. Cancellation of Booking & Refund:
For passengers holding totally unused tickets who no longer wish to travel, tickets can be cancelled and apply for full refund.
